For marketing, branding and design agencies - The build partner your clients never find out about

You sell the work. We build it under your name, to your deadline, and we never contact your client without you in the room.

Fixed-scope projects from €5,000 to €50,000 at partner rates — 20% to 35% below what we would quote the same client directly, because you are the one marking it up.

No pitch deck. Bring a live project or one you turned down, and we will tell you on the call whether we would take it.

Who this is for

This is for you if you run a marketing, branding or design agency between three and thirty people, you sell web work, and the build is the part you do not own. More specifically, one of these is true this quarter:

  • You turned down a project — or scoped it smaller than the client asked — because you could not build it.
  • You have a freelancer bench, and it keeps failing you at the worst possible moment.
  • You are about to win something bigger than your current delivery can absorb, and you have not said that out loud yet.

This is not for you if you want someone to work inside your Jira at an hourly rate, or you are shopping purely on price. Our partner rate is below our direct rate; it is not below an offshore rate, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

The problem, in your words

We just turned down a €40k project because we can't build it.
Our dev went quiet mid-project and the client is asking me for a status.

The second one is the expensive one. Turning work down costs you a project. A build partner who disappears for five days costs you the client relationship you spent two years earning, and you are the one who has to sit in that meeting.

So the real question you are asking is not can they build it. Most people can build it. You are asking: will they answer on Thursday afternoon when the client changes their mind? Will they tell me something is slipping while I can still manage it, or the day it is due? Will they go around me to my client? Will they still be here in four months, when phase two starts?

This page is written to answer those four questions, because they are the only ones that have ever actually mattered in this decision.

What you get

  • Under your name

Your brand, your client-facing documents, your domain, your repository if you want it. Commits and handover documentation land in your account. We are your delivery team, not a logo on a subpage.

  • A fixed scope and a fixed price before anything starts

Written as a statement of work you can hand to your client, with what is in, what is explicitly out, and what a change costs.

  • Status you do not have to ask for

A written update on a fixed weekday, whether or not anything interesting happened, plus a shared channel where a question gets an answer inside a working day. If something slips, you hear it the day we know, not the day it is due.

  • Work that survives us

Documented handover, no secret hosting account, no dependency on us to make a text change. If you want to take it in-house in a year, you can.

The range

Smaller end
A single site build, or a set of landing pages, delivered under your brand.
Larger end
A full custom web app for your client, with us embedded in your delivery process, under a standing capacity agreement so you can sell ahead of the build.

How it works

  1. 01

    The capacity call, 20 minutes

You describe the project. We tell you whether we would take it, roughly what it costs, and roughly when we could start. If it is not a fit we say so on the call — that is a cheaper outcome for both of us than three weeks of proposal.

  2. 02

    Scoping, before any money moves

We write the statement of work: deliverables, exclusions, dependencies we need from you, a change-request price, and a date. You read it as the person who has to defend it to a client, and you tell us what will not survive that conversation. We revise until it will.

  3. 03

Build, with the status you do not have to chase

Fixed weekday update. Shared channel. You see working software before the end, not a reveal at the end.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documentation, credentials, and a walkthrough of everything we built.

  5. 05

    The next one is faster

The second project skips the audition. Most of the value in this relationship is on projects two through six, which is also why we price it the way we do.

What it costs

€5.000 – €50.000

€5,000 – €50,000 per project, at partner rate: 20% to 35% below our direct rate.

The discount is not a favour and it is not a volume trap. You are doing the client acquisition, the account management and the markup. We are doing the build. The rate reflects that split.

Fixed price per project, agreed before we start — not an hourly rate with a range attached. Changes are priced in the statement of work, so a scope change is a number you can pass to your client the same day, not a renegotiation. No retainer is required to start.

Why there are no client names on this page

We do not publish client names, logos or case studies. Partly because white-label work is not ours to show — if we put your client's site in our portfolio, we would be doing to you the exact thing you are worried about. And partly because SwipeUpLabs is early, and we would rather show you our process than dress up a thin portfolio.

If what you actually want is to talk to someone we have built for, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly where we are with that. We are not going to invent it.

The objections you are already having

Why not just use a freelancer at half the price?
You have. That is usually how people arrive here. A freelancer is cheaper per hour and more expensive per incident — and in white-label work, every incident lands on your client relationship rather than ours. You are not buying code, you are buying the absence of a bad Thursday.
What happens if you go dark like the last one did?
A fixed weekday update means you notice silence within days, not weeks, and everything we build is documented and lands in an account you control, so a worst case is a delay rather than a hostage situation.
You have no case studies.
Correct, and we are not going to manufacture some. We are early. If that is not enough for a €40,000 project, start us on a smaller one. That is a reasonable thing to do and we will not be offended by it.
We are not sure we have the volume to be worth your time.
One project is worth our time. The relationship is the point, but it starts with a single build and no commitment past it.

Bring us the project you turned down

Twenty minutes. You describe it, we tell you whether we would take it, what it would cost and when we could start. If we are not the right partner for it we will say so on the call rather than three weeks into a proposal.
